Ear Seeding Happy Hour: Come join us for Ear Seeding Happy Hour! From 5pm-7pm every Thursday we will be offering auricular therapy. This therapy is performed by placing small pellets or "seeds" on different reflex and acu-points on the ear. This is a wonderful therapy to help in between your regular bodywork and can be used to address back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, immunity, allergies, hip and knee pain, stress, and a host of other issues. This ongoing event is hosted by Umbrella Wellness at 9400 S. 880 E. Suite 105 Sandy Utah
Cost $20 per session

Embodied Birth Childbirth Education Course: In this 12 hour Childbirth Education Course we will learn about how to prepare for labor and delivery using a variety of techniques. See our full course description under the "Classes and Courses" tab. 
A gift certificate for a prenatal massage for mom is included in this course. 
February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd  6pm-9pm
